We would firstly like to offer our deepest sympathy to all those affected by the Queensland and the Victorian floods. There is never a good time for loss to family or business and we wish all a speedy recovery during this testing time. GymLink Australia is donating $50 to the flood appeals from all new businesses enrolling in our program throughout January and February 2011.
As the festivities fade away for another year, will the fitness industry have to brace itself for an influx of new bums on seats during the next 1, 2 or even 3 months? We hope so! If lead generation is important to the survival of your business right now here are some of the are questions you may ask yourself to double check you get the most out of your marketing: -
- Do we have at least 5 lead generation streams in place (all year round)?
- Have we set KPI's for our team throughout the life of all our marketing campaigns?
- Are we measuring the success (and failure) of each of our streams of lead generation?
- Is there an agreed ROI for each marketing campaign?
- Are we stepping out of your comfort zone and looking at new ways to introduce our services in our community?
- Can we do more to look after our existing clients and members?
