TMD Adds New Associates to 
Business Development Team
Diverse Industry Expertise Will Strengthen TMD's Overall Market Presence

 

TMD announced it has expanded its business development team with the addition of new associates who will strategically manage TMD's various channel partners.

 

TMD's new business channel marketing team will be managed by Daniel Newman, TMD's newly appointed Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, and will join together in working with TMD's current business development team: Tracie Bryant, TMD Director of Business Development and Nadine Eiserer, TMD Partner Development Representative.

"The new team brings an enormous level of energy and industry expertise to the business, as well as the fire and determination to help TMD continue to grow in the years ahead."

  

Following is a selection of biographical background on TMD's expanded business development team members:

 

Daniel Newman

CEO, EOS / Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, TMD

Newman, former CEO of United Visual, will be responsible for TMD's strategy and business development activities, as well as the oversight and management of the EOS hosted IT services division, a dynamic, cloud-based service offering that enables channel partners to achieve superior service levels.

 

Prior to joining TMD, Newman served as CEO of United Visual, a family of companies focused in visual communication and audio video technology. He is also co-founder of the Global Community 12 Most and is an Adjunct Professor of Management at North Central College in Naperville, Ill.

Kjierstin Anderson

National Business Development Manager

Anderson was a TelePresence Video Sales Specialist prior to joining TMD, responsible for the Washington and Oregon public sector account base. She led responsibility for Cisco's Unified Communications Strategy design, implementation and development. Before joining Cisco, Anderson was the SLED account manager for TANDBERG in Wyoming and Montana. She has been dedicated to the growth of the collaboration space for a total of nine years, and has helped define and strategize on many new applications.

 

Jack Christiana

Channel Development Manager - U.S. A/V Partners

Prior to joining TMD, Christiana was a TelePresence Video Sales Specialist responsible for the Central Texas public sector account base. He was responsible for Cisco's Unified Communications Strategy design, implementation and development. Before Cisco, he was the SLED Account Manager for TANDBERG in southeast Texas. Additionally, Christiana was a publicly elected official in Texas for 13 years.  He served on the board of trustees of a public school district with more than 25,000 students where he also held positions as president and vice president of the local board of education for six years.

 

Alan Fortier

National Channel Manager - Elite Partners

Fortier has worked in the high-tech industry for more than 25 years, the past 16 of which with Cisco Systems in the Worldwide Channel Organization. Fortier is originally from Oregon where he attended Portland State University.

 

Kelly Rockett

National Channel Manager - Preferred Partners

Before joining TMD, Rockett was a Virtual Partner Account Manager within the Cisco Collaboration SLED Group.  Rockett was responsible for the Texas, Gulf States and Midwest Regions. Prior to joining Cisco, she worked with TANDBERG in Channels, Channel Operations, Commercial & SLED Sales and was Associate Account Manager for the Eastern U.S. Rockett has been in the telepresence/collaboration space for eight years.
