Going Into the Toilet...Really!
I spent last week at the PPAI Expo. Education Day was awesome, the Promo35 party was a blast and I saw many cool things on the show floor. As I ended the week shooting video, I stumbled on a product that capped the week off. I couldn't have scripted a better ending to the series of "off beat" videos I filmed, which seemingly got wackier as the week went on. Truly promotional products ARE in fact going into the toilet. Suppliers seemed to be happy with their video exposure, except the company that had a cool product, but for some reason, they didn't want to show it. I didn't get that. It's interesting if you think about it. One of the
wealthiest segments of our society is comprised of physicians. As we've
all experienced, so many of them certainly know how to charge big bucks
for their services. But observe this...When do doctors make the most money? When their
clients are sick, when their clients are in pain, when their clients
ache. When we are healthy, we might require a standard annual physical
or an inexpensive vitamin regimen.
But when we're ill, we pay physicians well for
expensive operations to make us whole again...and that's when they
accumulate grand wealth.
