Anniversary!

Five Years And Going Strong
Last Saturday evening, The Meeting Place on Market
celebrated its fifth anniversary. This is a major
milestone for our restaurant, as approximately ninety
five percent of privately owned restaurants fail within
the first few years.
We are particularly proud of the hard work and
dedication our staff brings every day. They are a vital
part of what makes our coffeehouse special. Four
members of our team, Ashley Stump, Elaine
McCormick, Brittany Hefner and Molly Craig were
honored Saturday as five year veterans of The Meeting
Place. We appreciate their loyalty, and their
commitment to the quality products and inviting
atmosphere we strive to offer.
We also appreciate YOU, our loyal customers, and we
hope to continue as a unique and exciting facet of
downtown Lima for many years to come!

Come out to The Meeting Place this Saturday,
June
21st, from 7 to 10 PM and enjoy the unique artistry of
singer/guitarist Rese Jhordan, whose style ranges
from acoustic folk to hip hop to soul. This promises
to be an eclectic and entertaining performance, so
don't miss it!

Nathan Scott is singer/songwriter, pianist and
guitarist who "approaches big city issues and
philosophy head on with small town ethics and
values." He hails from northwest Ohio, and more
currently has lived in Seattle and Columbus.
