We should never be surprised at how God uses our inadequacies to totally bless those around us.  As SOA's at Teen Challenge (FL-448) we had come to love the boys that were in the program.  When 10 of them had no parents coming for a Parents' Weekend, we made arrangement to take them on an outing. Off we went to Dothan - 35 miles north - in search of a good movie and maybe dinner out.  As we went to pay for the 12 movie tickets Gary and I realized that both of us had left our wallets back at the rig in Bonifay.  Not a good thing on many levels, but at that moment all I could think about was the disappointment of those boys.  The sweet girl selling the tickets looked at us and said - "Would you like me to just mail you a bill?"  I could hardly believe my ears - a movie theater offering to "bill us" for tickets instead of collecting the money up front.  And then, just as we were getting seated, she came around with popcorn and soda for each of us - compliments of the theater.

It might not seem like a big thing - a movie and some popcorn - but to those boys it was the hand of God reaching down and saying "I love you" in a very practical way.
