Grilled Bacon wrapped Sea Scallops with Spinach and Lemon. Inkberry Shiraz Cabernet
Roasted Crab Stuffed Quail with Sweet Potato Puree. St. Hallet Shiraz
Banana and Toasted Almond Flambeed with Vanilla Ice Cream Penfolds Club Port
Dinner starts at 6:30pm. Cost is $50.00 per person. We will have your favorite wines available to purchase at discounted prices at the end of the evening. The Wine Dinner tastings will be presented by Bill Loue and Greg Yoder of Mutual Distributing Co.
