     This month Chef Virgina Phipps-Fouch has created yet another unique four course dinner sure to please.  Greg Yoder and Bill Loue from Mutual Distributing along with Michael Highsmith from Constellation Wines US have once again paired delicious wines with each course. They have also introduced a vineyard that has charitable values commited to protecting something special to our coastal community. 

     The Corolla Wild Horse Fund and Shackleford Banks

Foundation are the nonprofit organizations that cares for and manages the wild horses of the Currituck Outer Banks, north of Corolla, NC and Shackleford Banks horses near Beaufort. Wild Horse Winery & Vineyards will donate a portion of its proceeds to both during May-August*.  You can find an awesome story in the May issue of Our State magazine highlighting the history and grace of these majestic horses.
