Relatively new to the Bistro and ever so popular the Underground Tuna features fresh local yellow fin tuna. Chef Steve sesame seed encrusts the tuna and pan sears it rare. He then thinly slices it and drizzles a Hawaiian BBQ sauce over the tuna. Finally garnishing the plate with pickled ginger and the best wasabi that you have ever experienced.
