It feels really good to have a win. The boys have been working so hard to get their base stealing down, watch the line coaches and swing the bat. They played an awesome game on Wednesday and pulled out a win. Perhapbs it was the promise of pizza after the game but perhaps not. They just game to play and had a good time doing so.

The Lasting Impact of Coaching

My name is Tom Lance and I am almost thirty years removed from full-time coaching but I still look back on the six years as baseball coach at Riverside City College (one as an assistant and five as head coach) as some of the greatest and most rewarding years of my life.
