TeenForce Report

June 29,  2011

Greetings!

Wow!  This week marks the first anniversary of our initial job placements with Princeton Capital.  We are celebrating with record activity, as we put together our biggest payroll ever today. (What a fun business, when you can celebrate payroll!)
We had 32 teens working with 25 clients last week for a total of 338 hours.  And that doesn't count the 5 teens who are working directly for TeenForce helping make it all possible.  Check out our impressive totals at the bottom of the newsletter.
We added 40 new candidates to our roster over the past two weeks, so we are still in high need of additional work opportunities.  Please touch base with us to find out why 41 clients have already come on board to fill their staffing needs and help teens in the community at the same time.

p.s.  We encourage you to  forward this newsletter to your friends.  Use the link at the bottom.  Better yet, use the Facebook button at the top to share it with your friends.  Thanks!

Consider Donating to TeenForce

As you know, our overall objective is to build TeenForce into a self-sustaining non-profit through job placement revenues.  At the current activity levels, we are about one-third of the way there.  As we have always said, the best way to help is to become a client and offer a work opportunity to a teen.  If that isn't possible, please consider making a tax-deductible donation.  $50 covers the cost for a teen's work readiness orientation.  As a reminder, our founder is a full-time volunteer and 67% of our total expenses are payroll costs paid to local teens.  You can donate through our website, or via the mail at 101 Church Street, Suite 19, Los Gatos 95030.

About Us

TeenForce is a self-sustaining non-profit organization that helps teens (ages 13 - 20) gain work experience.  We provide work readiness training, skills development and job placement services.  Our staffing agency model makes it convenient and cost-effective for employers to hire teens and generates revenue to support our activities.

Teens in our program gain confidence and skills, while improving adult/teen relationships.  Teens become healthy, caring and responsible young adults who have important roles in the community.

We are located at 101 Church Street, Suite 19 in Los Gatos. We are open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
