DISTRICT LEADERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENTS |
RI President Banerjee's Representative
The District is honored to announce that Immediate Past District Governor Roger Schulte and his wife Paulette will be RI President Banerjee's official representatives to Rotary International District 5890's conference. District 5890 includes Houston and surrounding communities. The conference will be held outside of Austin, Texas at LBJ Lake, during the same weekend as our conference. |
SuperBuild Pictures
Pictures from the SuperBuild 2012 for house number 1, built May 19 in Cierra Azul, Mexico outside of Tecate, are now posted on the District website. They can easily be downloaded and printed. The link is http://www.district5300.org/superbuild/superbuild.html. Take a moment to view the efforts of our clubs in our District - it's all because of their financial contributions and labor this is accomplished. |
Capture the moments
We are in need of a few photographers for the District Conference sessions and meals. Many of us will be snapping away all weekend, but we would like to make sure one person is assigned to each activity, so we are sure not to miss any. If you are planning to come, and have a camera and the skills to use it, email Conference Chair Kathie Martin at rotarykat@gmail.com. |
