Membership Minute

The opportunity to cultivate business with like-minded ethical business people may be just the thing for your Club in attracting new and retaining current Rotarians. The January 2012 Rotarian magazine has a great article "Open For Business".  One of the ideas suggested in the article is: every other week at a regular meeting, introduce a member with the words "It's great to do business with a Rotarian." The member spends 5 minutes talking about their company and may leave business materials on the tables. The bulletin features a synopsis of the presentation, photo, and contact information for the speaker. The Rotarian article (page 27) has many other ideas as well. Read the article or contact Adrienne Cox at adriennecx@yahoo.com for more membership ideas.
