Our committee's have been working hard planning amazing opportunities for you this spring! Be sure to join us on our Bus Tour on April 20th and contribute in any way you can to the May 10th Taste of the South Side.
Both are amazing ways to show community pride in what is happening on the East & South sides of Des Moines.
If you are a business owner, listen up - we launched our first MOXIE meeting this month and it is going to be a hit! If you are wanting to find ways to work on your business vs. in your business for two hours a month, contact Sadie to see if you can join this group - MOXIE, Member Owners eXchange Information and Experiences (MOXIE is present by Trixie's Aveda Salon). Our next meeting is April 25th.

Chamber Night with the Barnstormers
Greater Des Moines Partnership
Join The Greater Des Moines Partnership and the Young Professionals Connection for a Chamber Night at the Iowa Barnstormers. It begins at 5:30 with a special Happy Hour for all participating at Principal Rivers Edge Restaurant in Wells Fargo Arena. Tickets are $18 in the level 100 corners

Greater Des Moines Partnership
This month's Regional luncheon is hosted by the Urbandale, Grimes, Clive and Windsor Heights Chambers! The speaker will be Karol Murray, an empowering Motivational Speaker speaking on the topic of the Great and Powerful 'Ah', Think Forward and Get Remarkable.

The Chamber is planning a chartered bus tour on Friday, April 20th, 2012 to feature progress business members have made or are planning to make on the East & South Sides of Des Moines. The tour will start at 3:30pm and end at 5pm with a reception at the Market Building.
