2011 MODEL CLEARANCE SALE!   Hindsight being 20/20, perhaps ordering new sailboat inventory during 2009-2010 wasn't the best decision we've made in our 28 years selling sailboats but we did.  The brokerage market is busy! With added inventory after the summer we have buyers on the docks lately looking for their dream boat!
We have four brokerage sales pending at this writing (Catalina 28, Santana 30, Pacific Seacraft Pilothouse 31 and an Endeavour 37). Not big boats but several just the same. We have recently sold a Thunderbird 26, Sabre 34 and Beneteau 50 as well.
