There is quite a distasteful feeling to admit that you have some less than desirable qualities as a human being.  But the reality is, that at various times in life, we will all come face to face with some them.

For example, it is quite depressing to admit to yourself that you are judgmental.  Here is the definition: a judgment of the rightness or wrongness of something, based on a personal view.  If I take this definition and truly search inside, I find that there are many areas that definition applies to life.  What first comes to mind is to have judgment towards other people.  Read more...
