Let the Sunshine In
The dyad is a powerful tool combining meditation and face-to-face communication and contact with partners. This practice supports self-discovery of your own beliefs and thoughts. Understanding and surrendering limiting beliefs is the first step in true healing.
The Dyad Healing Evenings will continue during the Summer on the following dates:
Wednesday, June 29th @ 6:30 Wednesday, July 20th @ 6:30 Wednesday, August 10th @ 6:30 Wednesday, Aug 31th @ 6:30
All are welcome into my home for these evenings, but I ask that you RSVP for the address or directions.
The doors open at 6:30 PM, and the practice starts at 7:00 PM sharp, so please come with plenty of time to share, encourage, and greet each other before the session begins.
The Dyad Healing Evening program will consist of:
· 15 minutes each of body/breathing work · Two (2) full - 45 minute dyads · 15 minutes of heart guided practice · Healing Energy
