Friends and readers sometimes ask how they might attend one of my presentations or a Letters to My Younger Self Party. So, I'm excited to let you know about two upcoming events that are open to the public.
November 11th Believe.Inspire.Grow.
The first LTMYS Party is four days away, on Thursday, November 11th. I'm partnering with B.I.G., a wonderful, new women's support, networking and education group which is sponsoring 18 parties (including one in Shanghai, China!) at the locations below.
Adding extra excitement, on Wednesday Tara Gilvar, founder of B.I.G., and I will appear on FOX Business News to talk about the multi-state party and how women are creating jobs for women. Tune in at 3:30pm to catch us.
Although the parties will be attended by many members of B.I.G., they're open to the public. Most parties are at 11 am, although some will be in the evening. Tickets are $10. Feel free to come, bring a friend, or a sister, or your mom. You can register at www.justthinkbig.us.
Locations: Worthington, Ohio Cape Ann/Essex, MA Needham, MABarrington, IL West Hartford, CTWhippany, NJ Bedminster, NJ Short Hills, NJ Millburn, NJ Chatham, NJ Summit, NJ Boonton, NJ Raritan Valley Community College, NJ Wharton, NJ Paramus/Wayne, NJ Woodbridge, NJ Montclair, NJ
December 9th LTMYS Party at the fabulous Maison Biltmore sponsored by Citibank
On Thursday, December 9th, I'll be leading a group of Citi executives, clients and friends through the process of writing their letters to their younger selves and sharing them at the gorgeous, recently restored Maison Biltmore, a 1907 manor at 1822 Biltmore Street NW in Washington D.C.
After the program, from 3pm to 5 pm, we'll enjoy a reception amidst the elaborately columned, paneled and garnished setting--and imagine our daughters throwing a wedding bouquet from the exquisite circular stairway!
Although this is primarily a Citi event, there will be limited seats available for the public--and it's free. If you're interested, please contact me at info@letterstomyyoungerself.com.
Enjoy the last month of fall and hope to see you soon! Ellyn
