Join Garden staff & volunteers for this creepy, crawly, and definitely fun Family Festival. Don't miss discovery stations, roach and beetle races, an insect café, puppet shows and a spectacular butterfly release!

North Georgia Folk Festival
Experience live traditional folk music from blues to bluegrass, plus traditional craft demonstrations at this all day event. Activities and sales, plus Kids Fest crafts will make for a fun day for all at Sandy Creek Park.

Hop Harvest Festival
 
Terrapin Brewery celebrates the harvest season in true hophead fashion. Try new hoppy beer releases like So Fresh & So Green, Green along with a variety of 16 casks of Golden, and lots of live music.

Festival
 
This international film festival showcases films from Georgia and all over the world. Experience animation, comedy, docs, features, and shorts in an independent film competition at the Morton Theatre.

The 3rd annual crawl starts at ARTini's and goes north, winding in & out of Pulaski's cross streets  and ending at the Leathers Building. Experience and get inspired by  local Athens art!

Athens to Atlanta Road Skate
  
This annual event combines the rigors of distance skating, the beauty of North Georgia, and the friendliness of the in-line skating community. 38, 52, or 87-mile  courses are available for skaters of all levels.

AthFest Half Marathon 
 
Rock and run through Athens! The AthHalf course winds through downtown Athens and  historic neighborhoods,  accompanied by live music, then finishes after going through Sanford Stadium.
