Big Changes in Londonderry!
Chef Paris Landry of the Homestead beat out stiff competition at 2010 New Hampshire Magazine Chocolate Challange to take home First Prize. The contest parameters for 2010 were to create a chocolate dessert featuring a secret ingredient of chile. The winning dessert was called "Guilded Pleasure" and was a decadent chocolate confection in the shape of a Mayan temple, dusted with edible gold and filled with a Cinnamon and Chile spiced chocolate ganache and an orange cheese cake center. The winning dessert will be featured on the cover of New Hampshire Magazine in February and offered as a special dessert at all of our locations during that month. Congratulations Paris!
