Lisa joined AE Worldwide in August 1994 as a Customer Care representative. As her experience increased, she took on more varied activities and responsibilities. Lisa has earned her Certified Moving Consultant (CMC) and Certified Claims Analyst (CCA) certificates early in her AE career (as pictured in the photo above) and has incorporated this knowledge and expertise into her daily work while interacting with transferees and our moving company customers. Although she demands nothing less than quality performance for her customers, she nevertheless maintains a happy and lighthearted disposition in the office. Lisa is well known for her repertoire of Christmas songs that she performs throughout the entire year!
