New Self Enroll Function to Speed Up Your Project Deployment
AccuFACE is the first facial recognition system to have user self enroll function. This new function allows system administrator to create a list of pre-registered user. Once the list is loaded to AccuFACE, the system would automatically turn into user enrollment mode when a pre-registered user enters his/her User ID via a card scan or an external keypad connecting to AccuFACE.
Why You Need Self Enroll Function?
(1) Automate and streamline the enrollment process
- User can still do enrollment even if the administrator is not present
- In a large scale enrollment, the "per user enrollment time" could be significantly reduced
(2) Lower workload for the system administrator
- During user enrollment (especially large scale enrollment), it is quite time consuming for system administrator to enter user info for each user. The Self Enroll function could simplify the user info entering process and reduce workload for the administrator
(3) Reduce administrative error
- It is possible to make administrative error (e.g. typo) when entering user info to the system, especially during large scale enrollment. Creating a pre-registered user list in advance allows administrator to check and verify the accuracy of the user data
How It Works
Below is an example showing how easy you can create a pre-registered user list to enable Self Enroll function. Once you load the script to AccuFACE system, the function is activated!
