We can't believe
Oktoberfest 2011 is over !

Thank You
to everyone who made our 38th Annual
Lantana Oktoberfest a great success!
From the tireless efforts of a great team of app. 400
volunteers who managed the gates,
served food, beer and schnapps, to the local
vendors, we thank you for your trust in the
success for which the Lantana Oktoberfest
was destined.
Each of you helped us preserve this exciting tradition
at the American German Club Palm Beaches.
This event would not have been possible
without the support of many sponsors,
including those who donated cash, materials,
raffle prizes and other goods and services.
Special thanks go out to the
Heldensteiner Band and Bayerisch Bluat Band
from Germany for teaching
all of us the "Fliegerlied" and for sharing
their music with the audience.
Getting the community singing and dancing
to a variety of music, in particular the
"Chicken Dance" and "Sweet Caroline"
proved effortless for both bands.
Most of all, we thank the community
and each and every one of the almost 30,000
who came out to celebrate two great weekends
with good music, great food, and lots of laughter.
No matter if you have experienced it on your own
and visited this year's Oktoberfest or
if you had to stay at home:
The Clubs Photo Gallery will bring the spirit
of the Oktoberfest onto your screen.
For this year Oktoberfest the
American German Club of the Palm Beaches
