It's no secret that parish staff sometimes have mixed emotions about embracing new software mandated by their diocese. Anticipating a high learning curve and a dip in her productivity, Cori Michalski, secretary at Our Lady of Sorrows in Farmington Hills, Michigan, was not exactly thrilled to give up her old PDS software to switch to ParishSOFT.

Technology Seminars with Newark, Allentown Parishes

In mid-February, we had the privilege of meeting very enthusiastic staff from 33 parishes in the Diocese of Allentown and 27 parishes in the Archdiocese of Newark at our Parish Technology Seminars. ParishSOFT users had an opportunity to see the latest features in the family suite, and parish staff currently using other software programs were able to see how our products could help them. The response was great! And staff appreciated the chance to come together to talk about ways to use technology to better connect with people and, ultimately, improve their ministry.
