Kubotek NewsletterMarch 2011
Welcome

Is 2011 treating you well so far?  We hope so!  We are very happy to have started 2011 with the release of KeyCreator 2011.  With more dynamic editing, a 64-bit version and more accurate file importing, we're providing you the most robust 3D direct modeler on the market. Make sure you check out the blog post by Kenneth Wong of Desktop Engineering in this edition.

New support options became available to all our customers a few weeks ago.  We have the tools and capabilities to provide you with fantastic customer support. Whether it be working on your system directly (you'd think we were right there beside you), phone support, web-conferencing or instant chat, our goal is to keep you productive no matter what your issue might be.

In addition, we are planning to introduce new training options, live webinars, recorded videos, printed materials and even some free, in-person workshops.

Our goal is to provide you the very best in 3D CAD software, training, service and support.  If there is something we can do to make your modeling and drafting experience better, please let us know.

We packed a lot into this newsletter edition.  So enjoy and pass it on.

Frequently Asked Support Question

Q.  Did you know that the method of licensing Kubotek products has changed?

A.  Your current license may work with KeyCreator 9 but it will not work with KeyCreator 2011. Please make sure you obtain a new license file either by logging into the support website or by using your license wizard.

This change was necessitated by the introduction of a 64-bit option.
