2010 is shaping up to be a great year for the Kubotek Community. We have been meeting with many of you on the road at various venues such as the Design to Part Shows, the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul show (MRO) and most recently at EASTEC.

This fall, we have decided that it is time to return to IMTS. Please visit us in Chicago this September in booth E4445. If you would like to schedule some time with us during the conference, please send us an email at marketing@kubotekusa.com.

KeyCreator is still leading the 3D Direct CAD modeling revolution and our new license sales for 2010 continue to remain very strong despite the not-so- robust economy. Our Q1 new licenses for KeyCreator increased 37% over Q1 of 2009. We also launched a low-cost CAM product called KeyMachinist Mill. Confidence in our technology continues and we thank you for that!

Even though the thrills of summer are calling just outside our window, we want to challenge you to not to go into summer vacation mode when it comes to learning more and increasing your productivity. We offer many ways to learn how to be more productive using KeyCreator, everything from introductory webinars to classroom learning. We will also begin offering a KeyCreator Certification Program this summer. Check it out.

Frequently Asked Support Question

Q: Every time I start KeyCreator, I get a "MEM_BAD_POINTER" error message. I am able to continue by clicking "ok" but why does this keep happening?

A: This error is actually caused by "Google Desktop." You can continue normally by clicking "ok," but if you want to stop this error entirely, you can either disable Google Desktop or install an updated version of Google Desktop to alleviate this problem.
