Safety and Livability Committee
2012 Tree Inventory Summit - The results of our street tree inventory will be presented at the Tree Inventory Summit. Answers to all of your questions about stocking level, species diversity, and health of our neighborhood's trees will be revealed, as well as our neighborhood's specific stewardship plan.

Liquor License Renewals - All liquor licenses located North of Burnside within the Portland city limits will expire on December 6, 2012. As a part of the renewal process, the City of Portland reviews current licensees in order to make a recommendation to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC).
This annual renewal process provides an opportunity for residents and neighborhood associations to identify problem locations before the City makes its recommendation to the OLCC.
All interested parties are encouraged to provide information regarding liquor establishments with ongoing problems as soon as possible. Email

Transportation Committee
The NWDA Transportation Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6 pm at Good Samaritan Hospital. Check the NWDA website for the meeting room. Everyone is welcome. Let us know your Northwest District transportation concerns and your ideas for improving how we get around in our community!
