Hello from the Sylmar Neighborhood Partnership!

Sharing Our Good News:

Sylmar's 2010-11 Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Ms. Adana Gardner for being selected as one of LAUSD's Teacher of the Year for the 2010-11 school year. For those of you who do not know Ms. Gardner, she is a highly motivated English teacher at Sylmar High School, who has a distinct passion for teaching. Her outstanding teaching abilities have been recognized by LAUSD for being an effective and creative teacher. We, at Sylmar HS, are honored to have a teacher like Ms. Gardner who helps make a difference in our students' lives, our school and our Sylmar community. Again, congratulations Ms. Gardner for achieving a distinguishing award!
