Playful Yoga Afternoon featuring Lisa Kelly of the Red Tent
Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, 2:30--4:30 pm
at the Red Tent in Delray
COST: $35 includes yoga, tea, meditation and goody bag. Sunflower mom Meryl Davids will attend with copies of her awesome book "Downward Dog, Upward Fog." Buy one at the event and she will sign it and donate some of the proceeds to Sunflower!
AND... come for the yoga, stay for the wine!
