| Greetings!
We are heading into November, which is Foundation Month in the Rotary World. Water & Sanitation is one of the six areas of focus of our Foundation. Not suprizing! Access to safe water and adequate sanitation is critical to building healthy communities.
Through the Start with Water program, Wasrag is in alignment with The Rotary Foundation and its Future Vision Program. Start with Water also helps realize the Rotary International Strategic Plan - it supports and strengthens clubs in the effectiveness of their work, helps to increase and focus their service work, and through our partnerships and high quality WASH work, enhances Rotary's public image.
What better time to learn about and support our Rotary Foundation. It's also a great time to get involved with a WASH project. If you are not currently supporting a WASH project, I encourage you to start now. Have a look at the projects available on our site. You can make a difference.
Warm Rotary regards,
 F. Ronald Denham, Chair, Wasrag

November is Foundation Month - Support a Water Program while contributing to The Rotary Foundation's Annual Programs Fund!
TRF is offering a unique opportunity to participate in the RI/USAID - Ghana program. Thanks to the hard work of local Rotary clubs led by the RC Accra East, the program provides a long term, sustainable solution to water and sanitation needs in 114 communities, and to 86,000 people. Sustainability is a cornerstone of this program.
This is a $2,000,000+ project, but we still need $268,541 from Rotary Clubs and/or DDF (District Designated Funds).
Opportunity: Contribute funds to APF (3H Grant #10-70427) and receive Paul Harris credits. Read more...

Tips on using Start with Water
| - If you had a user name and password for the old www.wasrag.org site, unfortunately it WON'T work on the new site. You will need to sign up to fully use the new website. Just click on "Join Us" on the right of the home page and follow instructions. It's free! - If you had a project listed on the old site, it was transferred to the new one. However, you must sign-up FIRST, then email us, with the name of your project. We will then link you to your project. After that is done, you will be able to edit your project and keep it current.
