The seventh chakra is the center of "knowing". Learning how to bring your attention into the seventh chakra enables you to, not only access your "knowingness", but also establish your seniority within your own space. Fantasy is a vibration we use to try out what we want. A mock-up is the process of beginning to bring that fantasy into physical reality. As energies they are very different. In this workshop we will begin to validate these aspects and how they help define out life paths.

With this protection energy surrounding her spiritual body she was unable to find her own answers to those important questions: What do you want to do, be and create. Develop your healing skills by learning how to give a long-distance healing, repair damage to the chakras and aura, remove energy cords, heal the communicaiton between the body and spirit, plus learn how to bring yourself into a "reading space" and start to "look at" energy. Fee: $150.00

Summer is here! Warm air, the sun on your skin, BBQ's, swimming, travel, fireworks.......
What would you like to create for yourself this summer - one of the major differences between summer and winter is that in winter we tend to close down to some degree. Physically we are drawn to conserving energy so that we can weather the cold temperatures and shorter days. Summer brings with it the opportunity to open up again, to be creative, to experience a sense of freedom both physically and spiritually. With that in mind, consider making an appointment for yourself at one of the Intuitive Touch Healing Clinics this summer. The healers can assist you in bringing forward that creativity and sense of freedom in your body.
As a reminder, the Intuitive Touch Healing Clinics are held on the first Saturday and third Monday of each month.
However, the first Saturday in July also happens to be that very special national holiday - Independence Day!
So instead of holding a clinic that day, we will be offering Intuitive Touch Healings the following Saturday, July 11th at the Intuition Festival from 1pm to 4pm.
This way, you can enjoy your family and friends and fireworks on the 4th and still have two opportunities for an Intuitive Touch healing in the month of July!!!

Living With Insight

One of the students in the Intuitive Training Program, Anna, recently told me about an experience she had at work, which demonstrated to her the effect the program has had on her life. She had not slept much one night so before she went into work she meditated. At work she found that a co-worker was running around frantically trying to cope and putting everyone around her on edge. Despite this creating a difficult environment to work in, Anna was grounded and calm and unaffected by her colleague's frenzy. She enjoyed her work and the people she came into contact with and everything she had to do went smoothly. This was the result of her intuitive skills, her ability to ground, create a mock up and be aware enough of her own space to not get lost in the energy around her.
Learning to read the aura teaches you many things, not least of which is how to manage your own space. This is especially relevant to our lives today where, through the 24 hour news media trying to capture and hold our attention , we are confronted with a crisis of some kind every hour of every day. It is not hard to lose it, "it" being your space. Through the ITP you learn how not to lose it and, if you do, how to recover it fast.
It begins in the Creative Meditation classes 1 & 2 where you learn the fundamentals of how to be aware of, occupy, protect and heal your personal space. That is followed by ITP 1& 2 where you learn how to be aware of and heal someone else's space. By practicing healing you will naturally find yourself reading other people's energy and so it is not a big transition to developing your clairvoyant ability and giving readings to people, which is the focus of ITP 3 & 4. At the end of the 14 months you will have gained enough certainty in your intuitive ability to include it in the way you live your daily life. This is not the whole story of what you will gain from the program but it is one of the happy surprises that students experience when they find that what they are learning is immediately applicable and empowering in their lives.
A new session of classes begins every other month. Creative Meditation 1 & 2, and ITP 1 & 2 are all four weeks long meeting once a week for two hours. People often remark on how much happens in four weeks. For a small investment of your time you will gain more than you might expect. On Wednesday July 1st 7.30pm - 9.30pm I will be offering a free introductory workshop, How to read the Aura. If you would like to learn more about our program this is a good place to start.

The Spiritual Female Body
A few years back there was an article in the paper about the creation of a pill that would take your period away. Of course now they market this pill, you may have seen the advertisements. In this particular article, written by a man, they listed the pros to not having a menstrual cycle. The number one on the list was the money you would save on the products you wouldn't have to buy. Sanitary napkins, tampons, etc.
I can understand this male perspective on our menstrual cycle. I am often reminded of a joke by a SF comedian that goes something like, how can you trust women. How can you trust any animal that bleeds for 7 days and doesn't die.
How can men be expected to understand our cycle and it's physical and spiritual significance in our lives, when we are barely taught to understand it ourselves. Not to mention taught to work with it and even love it.
When I was a beginning meditation teacher in San Rafael, I came to work with bad cramps. My director at the time, Carol, offered to give me a heailng. "Oh, thanks, but I always get these, it will pass." She offered a healing again. I found myself arguing to not be given to. I began to see the absurdity of my denial and sat down for a healing. Right away she saw my oldest sister and asked me if she had had any words of wisdom for me when I first started my period. She is 7 years older then me, and she said something like "it is the worst thing about being a woman, I hate it". That picture got stuck and was sitting in my body causing stress in my cycle. As I began to release that energy, my body changed. The cramps left. It was a miracle.
Our bodies are designed to be intuitive, to heal, to nurture. We are taught to respond to the expectations on us as women, but not how to maintain our wellness through it all. In fact for many centuries we have been controlled by being kept ignorant about our bodies.
This is why we have a number of female events at Intuitive Way. Creating a place for us to better understand our spiritual make-up as women so we can take care of ourselves. I invite you to check them out and take advantage of this support system in your life.
