Positive Writing
Did you know that if you use a negative form in your emails you are more likely to get a negative response?
For example some people may write:
"Should you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us".
Although this is not an obvious negative message, the way it is written implies people may have hesitated to respond to you in the past.
So instead you should say:
"Should you require further information please feel free to contact us".
With this message you are leaving the reader with a more positive feeling.
