Staying healthy isn't hard. To do so, we need simply provide our bodies with a few basics, such as:
- healthy, delicious food,
- happy relationships,
- and a chance to engage in soul-nourishing, body-moving activities.
As I mentioned in this week's Switch article (to read it, click here), we also need fresh, clean air--and time to enjoy it in a mindful way. Walk with the Doc (WWTD) provides both. It also offers a chance to engage in a soul nourishing, body-moving activity, while building relationships with others.
WWTD is a FREE, informal weekly walk along the Royal River
path in Yarmouth, starting at the Bridge Street entrance. Join us for WWTD on
Tuesdays at 11:30, beginning on June 3. We will meet at the Sparhawk Mill, 81 Bridge Street (park in the lower lot).
Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Spend time chatting with friends, old and
new, and enjoying the wonderful scenery. The
walk will last about an hour.
Walk with us five times,
and you will become the proud owner of an limited edition organic
cotton T-shirt. Register by sending an email to info@drlisabelisle.com,
or simply show up on Tuesday.
Hope to see you there!
