Peggy Rettie & kids - Sigonella MS, Italy

Meet School Nurse Peggy Rettie, pictured here with some of her students
from Sigonella Middle School
in Sicily, Italy.
Here's what Peggy had to say about the Get In Touch Girls' Program & Daisy Wheels in her school:

"Overall I had a very positive response with the attendees and feel I've developed a bond with them!       As a result, I've started a monthly health awareness talk during lunch
and check on their progress with BSE.

Just today, I learned that a mother of one of our 8th grade girls was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Your website and outreach program is helping a lot of teens right now!

Thank you again for all that you do and sharing your life with us all!"

MRI testifying in CT

THIS is what a "breast cancer survivor" looks like...
here I am with 6-year survivor and Founder of Are You Dense, Inc., Nancy Cappello, PhD,

public hearing on the breast density statute (bill no. 259) at the CT State Legislature.

The Breast Cancer EARLY (Education and Awareness Requires Learning Young) Act was signed into law last month, Section 10413 of H.R. 3590...on behalf of women and girls everywhere,
"Thank you, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, you are our Survivor-Hero!"
