monthly health awareness talk during lunch
and check on their progress
Just today, I learned that a mother of one of our 8th grade girls
was diagnosed with breast cancer.

here I am with 6-year survivor and Founder of Are You Dense, Inc., Nancy Cappello, PhD,
along with AYD Secretary, 9-year survivor Catherine Bauer. We testified at last month's
public hearing on the breast density statute (bill no. 259) at the CT State Legislature.
