Estate Planning Workshop

Over the course of two days, this seminar will provide practical information provided by professionals from New York FarmLink, FarmNet, American Farmland Trust and a local law firm.

Topics include:
  • Completing the base work for your estate plan
  • Question and answers regarding estate legalities
  • The decision-making process in estate planning
  • Conservation easements options and their role in estate planning
  • Case studies and informal discussions including your questions and ideas

Beginning Farmer Workshop

agroforestry, cut flowers or small scale food processing, this workshop focuses generally on business planning, production, marketing and regulations.

  • Discussion of "Guide to Farming in NYS" with author Monika Roth
