"Welcome Home" the Pure Catskills delegation from their recent trip to Italy and the Terra Madre global food conference. The schedule includes displays of items collected by each delegate, an elegant dinner prepared by the Slow Down Food Company and a round table discussion on Terra Madre.

The menu will feature ingredients gathered at the Salone del Gusto especially to share with the Catskills community along side our local foods. The Salone is the largest sustainable food show in the world.  Each dish will be inspired by traditional Italian fare and incorporate delicious, homestyle preparation. 

Six delegates will share their stories and impressions of the event. Terra Madre includes educational events, networking opportunities and lots of great food!  Ideas on how to bring this inspiring event back to our community will be shared.
