Putting Up the Harvest
Slow Food Catskills
September 7th, 1 to 4 pm
Delaware County Historical Association
46549 State Highway 10, Delhi

Join Slow Food Catskills this weekend for a canning workshop with local farmers and chefs!  The workshop, Putting It Up - Preserving the Harvest, shows people how to preserve food grown from their gardens (or local farms), so they can enjoy that good food throughout the winter months.

Participants will learn various preservation methods using their own produce and jars.  Please see the Slow Food Catskills website for full details.

This event is offered free to the public with donations suggested.  Reservations are required.  To reserve your space, email slowfoodcats@gmail.com or call (607) 832-4720.
