TEDx Broadway, Here I Come
I was honored when Broadway producer Ken Davenport invited me to speak at the upcoming TEDx Broadway. The conference will take a look at the future of entertainment, most especially Broadway. Why Millennials Won't Grow Out of It On my holiday lunch circuit, I kept hearing a similar refrain from people. They are struggling to manage Millennials right out of college. They appreciate that they're tech-savvy, creative and enthusiastic, but harnessing those qualities in the workplace is proving elusive.

To Do: 3 Impossible Habits to Break
If you're like most people, you've made a list of resolutions for 2012. I have. And this week, I plan to embark.
My top resolutions for 2012: 1. Join a new gym and become my most fit self in 2012. 2. Improve eating habits so I have more energy. 3. Manage time better. (hmmmm...where to begin?) Seems like a pretty simple list, except that the odds for success are stacked against me.

 Late at night, I tuck into bed with The Book of Symbols. It's a thoughtful exploration of symbols and their meanings, and how they call to our unconscious minds. I read it and experience the most deliciously deep dreams. Consider yourself warned!
