Cheat in Moderation: Reward Yourself in Other Ways
Although a cheat meal here or there will likely have minimal impact on your physique in the long run, it should be minimized for it is not sound practice to reward good behavior (sticking to your diet) with bad behavior. Try finding other ways to reward yourself for staying disciplined and sticking to your diet. 

Healthy Portion Sizes
Even a healthy diet with the wrong portion sizes can derail your results. A portion of protein is typically the size of your palm (3-5oz). A portion of carbs is about the size of your clenched fist (5oz). Use green leafy vegetables and water as filler foods to complement your diet and maintain satiety.
