St. Martin Ales

St. Martin Belgian ales

From a brewery that uses  ancient Belgian brewing recipes, dating from the First Crusade and documented from 1096. Combining bottle fermentation with modern production technologies, Brewmaster Damien Delneste's signature beers include Tripel and Brune bottle-conditioned ales, consistent with 1500+-year-old Belgian brewing tradition.

Pliny the Elder

Pliny the Elder

What's red & green and really hard to come by? A limited shipment just arrived, Thursday 5/27. Come in and get your 4 bottle limit, while supplies last.

Hopfen-Weisse

Schneider-Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse

In 2007, Brooklyn's Brewer Garrett Oliver and Schneider's Brewer Drexler collaborated to brew Schneider-Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse. The aromatics pair the banana and clove notes from the Schneider yeast with the mango and citrus qualities of the hops. The bitterness is robust but balanced, and the beer has a clean, hoppy finish.
Pair it with Caribbean seafood, crab cakes, jerk chicken, Thai cuisine, Szechuan cooking and Mexican dishes.

Whoop Pass IPA

Silver City beers

It's fresh, it's local, it's bold and hoppy, and it scores "A- Excellent" on BeerAdvocate! Enjoy caramel-pecan malts balanced with citrus-zest, piney, grapefruit, earthy, and floral hops. Dry, lingering finish. Pair it with a pulled pork sandwich.

Also returning are more bottles of Ridgetop Red, Panther Lake Porter and
Fat Scotch Ale.

Zatec Dark Czech Beer

Zatec Dark

Finally available in the USA! Savor its full body of clean malt flavor and aroma with notes of dark bread, caramel, fresh malt, and even a suggestion of toffee! This refined dark lager is balanced by elegant Saaz hops, and finishes with inviting smoothness.
Na zdravi'!

Smokestack Series

Boulevard Smokestack Series

Boulevard brewing once again proves that not all beer from St. Louis, Missouri is fizzy and yellow. Check out the newest limited releases from their Smokestack Series: Dark Truth Stout with layered flavors of espresso, roasted fig, creme brulee, and a plum-like fruitiness; Harvest Dance Wheat-Wine Style Ale brewed with Hallertau and Citra hops; and Rye on Rye a rye beer aged in Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels.

Faro Lambic

Faro Lambic

An intriguing balance of wineyness and sweetness, this was probably the beer served in Breugel's paintings of Flemish Village Life. Faro is a version of Belgium's wild-fermented wheat beer, which is the result of blending Lambic of "one summer" with old Lambic and chaptalized with candy sugar.

Tieton Ciders

Tieton Ciders

"Tie-a-tonn" Sharon had us repeating when delivering her tasty ciders. This is a fresh new batch, with a new addition to the Tieton Cider family: Blossom Nectar, which begins with the aroma of a sweet flower as you lift your glass, followed by the taste of Honeysuckle that fills your mouth and lingers on your tounge. Also returning are the ever-popular Cherry Cider (read it's 5-star review), Tieton Blend Dry, and Wild Washington Semi-Dry.

R.I.P.A. on RYE

RIPA on RYE

A rye double IPA -- you know it as He'Brew Lenny's RIPA, aged in rye whiskey barrels, 10% ABV.
Limited (brewed once)

One word: "DELICIOUS!"

If you like Dogfish Burton Baton or Alaskan Barleywine, give this beer a shot.

Squall IPA

Squall IPA

An unfiltered, bottle-conditioned, super-pungent 9% imperial IPA that's dry-hopped with Palisade, Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade, CTZ, and Willamette hops. An occassional rarity from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery.

Snowdrift Ciders

Snowdrift Ciders

From East Wenatchee come these handmade ciders: Semi-Dry Cider, a New England traditional, with a kiss of molasses and honey at 9%; Cliffbreaks Blend, a classic English cider at 8.5%; Orchard Select, a semi-dry with layered apple flavors at 9%; and the delicate and restrained Dry Cider, with notes of walnut and toffee and a subtly floral finish at 8%.

Collaborative Saison

Saison du Buff

The brewers from Stone, Victory, and Dogfish Head joined forces to brew a special herbed saison. They call it Saison du Buff.
