Mistakes Retailers Make - Monday February 7th ,7- 8 PM EST - Learn what mistakes are commonly made by retailers and how to make sure you are not making them . Great idea generating session. Cost $49
Controlling your buying - Tuesday February 8th, 7- 8 PM EST - #1 issue for retailers is to stop over spending. Learn the secrets of staying within budget and right sizing your business. We will review the products you carry and get rid of the dogs and over stock inventory. Cost $49 
Retail Store Design & Product Placement - Monday February 14, 7- 9 PM EST - Two classes together, your store design and where you place product influences sales. Learn how to create the store of your dreams and place the product in the department grid system that I have developed. Cost $98
Setting Goals - Wednesday February 9th , 7- 8 PM EST - I will identify what results you need to review from last year in order to set real achievable goals for 2011. Yes , you can increase sales. It's in your hands. Cost $49
Inventory Control - Wednesday February 16th , 7- 8 PM EST - This is one of the biggest issues and most misunderstood. There is money in your inventory stop holding on to it. If you are over stocked or if your product is no longer working for you this is a must course. Cost $49
Setting up a Promotional Calendar - Wednesday February 23, 7 - 8 PM EST In the years I have been a retail coach I find this is an area that can be challenging for retailers. You should have 2 to 3 promotional events going on each month. Along with what I have to share with you I will send you an e calendar to help you get organized. Cost $49
Ask Barbara - Thursday February 24th, 9 am - 9.30 am EST It is RM "U" open and on line. I am continuing my open forum this year. I want to hear what your challenges and concerns are.
