THE FALL FEASTS 2011
For over two years I have been sharing that the Lord had impressed on me that Israel and globally there would be a shift that would be happening coming into the Fall Feasts of the Lord. Based upon the study of the Word and the true Biblical, Hebrew calendar (not the rabbinic Jewish calendar) that this would be a critical time period. I have even stated that it is possible that the 7 year time period spoken in Dan. 9:27 could begin. I have not stated that prophetically but from a Bible study that it is a possible time it could start. Even at this point I am still not sure if it will start during the fall feasts this year. But the clear admonition of Scripture is to watch and pray.

As we come into the final years before the return of Christ there are some key signs to watch for as well as some foundational principles to keep in mind. I want to share with you these principles, especially in light of the Palestinian push for U.N. recognition.
JERUSALEM
The geographical focal point of all of human history is going to be the Land of Israel and the city of Jerusalem. These are Biblical facts. Not only is the Lord Jesus Christ going to sit upon the throne of David in the city of Jerusalem but prior to that Satan, himself, the anti-christ will first be seated in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.
Lucifer in his original fall said that he wanted to be seated as God in Jerusalem.
Isa 14:12-14 "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! 13 For you have said in your heart:
(THE 5 'I WILLS' OF SATAN)
'I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north;
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.'
Ps 48:1 Great is the Lord , and greatly to be praised In the city of our God, in His holy mountain. 2 Beautiful in elevation, The joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion on the sides of the north, The city of the great King.
So from the very beginning the plan of Satan was to be seated "on the mount of the congregation on Mt. Zion on the sides of the north. From the very fall of Lucifer and his expulsion from heaven the Pièce de résistance was Jerusalem. Zec 12 and 14 also speak of this great end time battle.
In the restoration of Jerusalem during the time of Haggai and Zechariah we read:
Zec 3:1-2 Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the Lord , and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him. 2 And the Lord said to Satan, "The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?"
Satan was trying to hinder the restoration of Jerusalem from the time of the captivity. In verse two we see where the Lord said to Satan, "The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!"
The Lord chose Jerusalem before the foundation of the Earth and has always and continuously chosen Jerusalem. Whether the children of Israel were in the land or out of the land was irrelevant, the Lord chose Jerusalem as His home and the place that His throne was, is and is to be.
Zec 8:3 "Thus says the Lord : 'I will return to Zion, and dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be called the City of Truth, The Mountain of the Lord of hosts, The Holy Mountain.'
WHEN SATAN RULES FROM JERUSALEM
Many Christians fail to understand Jerusalem. It is mentioned over 800 times in the Bible. If you don't understand Jerusalem you will not understand how to pray or interpret what is happening in the city of the Great King. In the book of the Revelation, Jerusalem it is called Sodom and Egypt.
Rv 11:8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also ourLord was crucified.
This will happen when Satan takes up the throne there fulfilling his satanic desire in the middle of the 7 year period.
2Th 2:3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
Mt 24:15 "Therefore when you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place" (whoever reads, let him understand), 16 "then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
Da 11:31 And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation.
Da 12:11 "And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
Da 9:27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate."
Rv 12:7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, 8 but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them* in heaven any longer. 9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time."
It is this final time where Satan takes full control of Jerusalem and Israel and many of the nations of the world. This time is called the great tribulation by Jesus in Matt 24:21 and is also the time of Jacob's trouble (Is 30:7).
The reason Jerusalem is the focal point of all the nations and the heavenly realm is simple...It is the only city on the Earth that the Lord calls His city and where His throne is going to be set at His return. It represents the very epicenter of the government of the Lord. Just as Washington D.C. represents the place of governmental authority in the United States so Jerusalem represents the very place of authority of the Kingdom of God. This is a battle that has been raging for years but is now coming to a final, epic battle that will be the battle of all battles.
Even now the battle lines are being drawn through out the nations and even among God's people. Psalm 122 declares that we are to pay for the peace of Jerusalem.
Ps 137:5 If I forget you, O Jerusalem, Let my right hand forget its skill! 6 If I do not remember you, Let my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth - If I do not exalt Jerusalem above my chief joy.
2Ch 6:6 Yet I have chosen Jerusalem, that My name may be there, and I have chosen David to be over My people Israel.'
Zec 1:16 'Therefore thus says the Lord : "I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it," says the Lord of hosts, "And a surveyor's line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem."' 17 "Again proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts: "My cities shall again spread out through prosperity; The Lord will again comfort Zion, and will again choose Jerusalem."'"
Not only is it His city but Israel is His land. Consider these verses:
DIVIDING THE LAND INVITES JUDGMENT
Eze 38:16 You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes."
Joel 1:6 For a nation has come up against My land, Strong, and without number; His teeth are the teeth of a lion, And he has the fangs of a fierce lion.
Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.
The very reason that the Lord draws the nations into the Land of Israel is to destroy them because they have divided up His land and polluted it.
The nations that desire to divide up the Land of God do not realize that the very act of doing that is positioning them to be destroyed by God himself.
We need to pray. The Levites in Taiwan are doing 50 hours of prayer and worship on the 19-20th. May I suggest that each of you consider a time of prayer and fasting for the "Peace of Jerusalem".
