Many of you get Tom Hess's emails but for those that didn't see this regarding Japan; here it is--a call to 21 days of prayer and fasting.

Join the call to all nations for 21 days of Prayer and Fasting for breakthroughs for Japan, Israel and the Middle East from April 4th - April 24th, Resurrection Sunday
We have been standing in the gap for Japan Israel and the Middle East in a special way in our 24/7 at JHOPFAN for the last 24 years and at the annual ANCJ (All Nations Convocation Jerusalem) since 1994. It has been so sad and devastating to see what has happened in January through March 2011 to many of the precious Japanese and Middle Eastern people.
In 1945 after the defeat of Japan, U.S. General MacArthur said that if one thousand missionaries were sent to Japan she could become a Christian nation. Unfortunately, the kairos time was missed and this didn't happen and today, 55 years later, Japan is one of the least evangelized nations of the world. We believe that now could be a kairos time for God's spiritual awakening in Japan, Jerusalem and the Middle East.
As God started shaking the former Soviet Union about 25 years ago, He is now shaking the Middle East. Fifteen years ago, God spoke to me about His love for the Japanese people. He showed me when Japan received the Lord, the circle of revival fire around the world would be completed, releasing the wall of fire circling the earth back to Jerusalem. (Zech. 2:5) Six years ago, I received a vision of a gun: the cock was Korea, the barrel was China-Taiwan and the trigger was Japan. If Chinese and Korean Christians fully embraced Japan and pray for Israel, Egypt and Assyria (i.e. the Middle East), joined by Christians from many nations worldwide many Japanese will receive the Lord and the "chopstick nations," Japan, Korea and China, will experience revival. The trigger will be pulled and the Gospel and the glory of God will be released from Japan and the circle of revival fire around the earth back to Jerusalem. Is. 59:19-20, Ezek. 43:1-7.
I, personally, have been in Japan twelve times. From 2005 to 2010, Dr. Niko (Indonesia), Ps. Nathaniel Chow (Taiwan-China), Ps. Matthew Kuruvilla (India), Ps. Reza Safa (Iran), myself (Israel) and leaders from other Asian nations joined Ps. Murakami and Ps. Midori Okubo, from Nippon Revival Association, and many Japanese in Prayer Convocations which where held in Japan each of these years.
It is no accident, but God's divine providence, that He is simultaneously shaking Japan and the Middle East as God's purpose is to reveal his glory to and from Japan to Jerusalem and the Middle East. When the trigger is pulled, God's glory will be released from Japan to Jerusalem. (Isa. 60:1-2, Isa. 19:20-25) Egypt, Israel and Assyria will worship God together as a blessing in the midst of the Earth.
Today Japan, Jerusalem and the Middle East need so much help naturally and spiritually that we are calling a 21 day Fast from April 4th - April 24th, Resurrection Sunday. We encourage you to join us in prayer that the natural and spiritual needs in Japan and the Middle East will be met and that the nuclear leaks will be stopped. Let's together believe for God to reveal himself to the Japanese people and Israel and the Middle East. We believe God to enable His Church worldwide with willingness, strategy and plans, and the release of spiritual keys that will unlock God's Kingdom and bring salvation and resurrection life to the dry bones of Japan, Israel and the Middle East. (Ezek: (37:4-6) Let's pray that many tens of millions of Japanese, Jews, Arabs and others in the Middle East will turn to the Lord in this coming decade).
In February 2011, we convened our 27th Isaiah 19 convocation in Turkey with leaders and delegates from 20 nations in the Middle East, where we were praying in unity for breakthroughs as the shakings in the Middle East were beginning. We thank God, that He who watches over Israel (and His church) never slumbers nor sleeps.
Pray that the simultaneous shakings happening now in Japan, Israel and the Middle East (Tunisia, Egypt and Libya to Lebanon, Syria, Iraq to Bahrain, Yemen and Saudi Arabia) will be fully redemptive, that the King of glory will be revealed in Japan and that the Lion of Judah will continue to roar through the Lions Gate and Iran from Japan to Jerusalem revealing His glory. Pray that Egypt, Israel and Assyria will Worship God together as a blessing in the midst of the Earth preparing the way for the King of Glory to take up the throne of David and reign as King of Israel and the whole earth.
As Japan and the whole Middle East is being shaken let's believe for His glory to be revealed in and from Japan. Let's pray that the shakings in Japan and the Middle East will cause people to cry out to God and that He will release Salvation in Japan, from the Land of the rising sun to Jerusalem and the Middle East.
We hope you and many from all Nations can join this time of corporate prayer and fasting beginning April 4th, 2011. Consider a Daniel's fast - or other kinds of fasting led by the Holy Spirit. Let's together believe and pray for the Lord to reveal Himself in the midst of the simultaneous shakings in Japan and the Middle East with a Tsunami of the Holy Spirit bringing an abundance of natural provision and simultaneous salvations.
