Japan deplores the decisions of the Government of Israel to give permission to construct in East Jerusalem and the West Bank
The Government of Japan deplores the decisions of the Government of Israel to give permission for the construction of 1,600 housing units in East Jerusalem in addition to 112 units in West Bank just after the Israeli and Palestinian leaderships acceptance of the start of indirect talks.
The Government of Japan does not recognize any act that prejudges the final status of Jerusalem and the territories in the pre-1967 borders

Japan condemns the demolishing of a part of the Shepherds Hotel in E. Jerusalem to construct housing for Jewish people
Japan condemns the demolishing of a part of the Shepherds Hotel in East Jerusalem with a view to constructing new housing units for Jewish people.
Japan does not recognize any unilateral measures that prejudge the final resolution on pre-1967 borders, nor does Japan recognize the annexation of East Jerusalem by Israel.
In this regard, Japan urges Israel to refrain from any unilateral act that could change the existing conditions of East Jerusalem.
Ambassador Yutaka Iimura, Special Envoy of the Government of Japan for the Middle East, who was in Israel, has already informed Israeli Government officials of Japanese views.
Japan once again strongly encourages both the Israel and the Palestinian sides to focus on the goal of a two-state solution, which is important not only for the Middle East but also for the international community as a whole; to act in such a way that mutual trust will be developed; and to continue efforts for peace tenaciously.

The Government of Japan is concerned about the Jerusalem municipal planning committees approval of a plan to build housing units for Jewish people in the Sheih Jarrah of East Jerusalem. Such act goes against the efforts by the international community to resume the negotiations.
The Government of Japan does not recognize any act that prejudges the final status of the territories in the pre-1967 borders nor Israels annexation of East Jerusalem.
Japan urges Israel to refrain from any unilateral act that
changes the current situation in East Jerusalem.
February 28, 2011:
Japan signs $32.5 million agreement for treating waste water in Jericho; has given Palestinian Authority more than $1.1 billion since their establishment
Dr Fayyad and Naofumi Hashimoto, representative of Japan to the PNA, signed a $32.5 million agreement for the project of treating the waste water in Jericho.
Dr Fayyad pointed out that this important, vital, and strategic project falls under the PNA's plan that aims at the establishment of the institutions of the state of Palestine and its infrastructure. It also comes in concordance with the strategy set by the Japanese Government to support the PNA in the fields of development, improvement of the infrastructure, and enhancement of the ability of the PNA to offer services not only in terms of infrastructure, but in diverse social, educational, and other domains. He said: "Ever since its establishment, Japan has offered the PNA more than $1.1 billion."
He added: "I single out the interest of the Japanese Government in executing projects in Jericho and in the Jordan Valley, where it implemented projects totalling $40 million, including roads, schools, and important vital utilities in this important area of our country in the Jordan Valley. We count on the implementation of more initiatives and projects that our people were deprived of because of the Israeli measures that aim at isolating this area."

The powerful earthquake that unleashed a devastating tsunami Friday appears to have moved the main island of Japan by 8 feet (2.4 meters) and shifted the Earth on its axis.
"At this point, we know that one GPS station moved (8 feet)(USGS).

The Japan earthquake was the fourth most powerful ever recorded with a magnitude of 9.1, twice more powerful than the initial estimate of 8.9, Gerard Fryer, geophysicist of the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, said this morning.
Most of you are familiar with these Terry Bennett "headline" prophecies that he received on a couple of occasions over the past 2 years. One of the prophecies reads 9.1 earthquake in Japan.

Dear family and friends,
I want to share with you several prophecies and dreams in which a major earthquake in Japan is the sign of a US Treasury Default and the coming devastating earthquake in California.
Executive summary:
1) The Lord revealed to Bob Jones 22 years ago that the beginning of the real collapse in America would begin with a major earthquake in Japan. Part of the revelation had to do with an atomic mushroom cloud.
2) Bob Jones/Rick Joiner shown that something would happen in Japan that would cause them to sell their U.S. Treasuries and this would result in a collapse in America.
3) Dane Johnsons dream: Japan stops buying U.S. treasuries resulting in problems in U.S.
4) Gary Staffords dream several years ago of earthquake in Los Angeles on August 31st but year unknown.
5) What should we do about this?

Yesterdays (March 13th, 2011) sermon at MorningStar Fellowship
Pastor Rick Joyner mentioned that Bob Jones had first told about a major earthquake in Japan 22 years ago. He said that this earthquake would mark the beginning of the real economic collapse of America. Rick Joyner did not elaborate but he said that part of the revelation that Bob got had something to do with an atomic mushroom cloud.
Rick Joyner said that there were some prophetic voices with a proven track record that saw that something would happen in Japan that would cause them to call intheir treasuries (i.e. sell their U.S. treasury bonds) to rebuild Japan.
Dane Johnsons Dream
Below is an example of a similar revelation. My friend Dane Johnson had a dream approximately March 2009.
Had a dream in which I was actually having another dream and was telling a group of people about it and interpreting it for them. So, in this inner dream there was a war going on between the U.S. and the combination of China and Japan (i.e. China and Japan were allies). The war was about whether China and Japan would continue to buy U.S. treasury bills or not. Actually, the war hadnt started yet, both sides were just staring each other down across the battle field. It was a rather simplistic scene, meaning it didnt look anything like a modern-day war more like an old Civil War battle scene with the 2 sides staring at each other across the field from behind rolling hills before they begin engaging each other. Anyway, I knew in the dream that the U.S. was most focused on China possibly not buying our treasury bills (that was our biggest concern); we really didnt think Japan was much of an issue at this point. Then, surprisingly, Japan fired the first shot and sent a missile toward the U.S. It completely destroyed 2 of our command posts. This send the U.S. army into total disarray, and it began scattering. I was on the U.S. side, and I was running for my life. The U.S. was completely and easily routed.
The basic meaning is that Japan will stop buying US treasury bonds. This will result in America loosing the economic war.
Gary Staffords Dream
I first heard about this dream in July 2008, However, Gary had this dream several years prior to that. Here is the dream transcribed from an MP3 recording at a pastors meeting in Wilkesboro, NC.
Several years ago, I dreamed that I was hovering over an industrial area of southern California. It was the very early morning hours. Time unknown. But the streets were strangely quiet and there was no movement of traffic that I could see. The sky was clear and suddenly without warning the ground gave way as if a huge section of the city was dropping. In fact some 100 to 200 feet down. I know this as I saw the edge of this plate dropping that cliffs were appearing to the same degree of height to the east. I stood in awe for there was a brief moment of silence and then to my horror I saw a huge tidal wave indescribable in size, or a tsunami as I am told. It crashed against everything in this lower plate level with total and complete destruction. The edges of the newly formed cliff were breaking away and falling into the water. I looked out to see where this giant tidal wave had come from and I saw naval ships overturned and bottom up. The after shocks kept coming and those that survived were moving inland. The government started setting up temporary locations like tent cities and temporary barracks and I asked where this location was. It was stated by some official that this was where the Japanese had been detained in the early years of WWII. It was flat and dry but I know not where. I looked at the ocean and inlets and I saw death and destruction remembering bloated cattle washing ashore. I looked up and down the coast and realised that the entire west coast was contaminated except in some way I know that Seattle Washington was the only area not affected. I awoke trembling, telling my wife Marilynne what I had seen in living color. She asked me if I had known when this happened and I replied No.Then she suggested that I ask the Lord, which we did to see if was indeed prophetic.
The next evening I re-dreamt the same dream and the same horror but seen in an office a bank calendar and the date was August 31, no year, just August 31st. I awoke believing that I should warn some one somehow. As I had dreamt this dream in the Spring, I waited for August 31st and nothing happened that year or any other year to follow.
I remained silent about this dream for several years but when I learned of a new fault line running some 25 miles through Los Angeles, which had been known by some oil company geologist and some politicians I could no longer remain quiet.
The mention of this new fault line rubbing up and down rather than in a north south direction is clear conviction that this is the cause of a tidal wave of such proportions as never seen before causing death and destruction that would affect not only this countrys economy and defenses but our way of life.
What Should We Do About This?
Now more than ever we need to be hearing from the Lord about what action to take.
Prayerfully consider these ideas:
Preparations in the Natural:
Build up a several month supply of non-perishable food and water for your family and neighbors.
If you live in California, consider planning a vacation to be out of state for August 31st
Pray about divesting yourself of U.S. Treasury Bonds.
Invest in tools and equipment that have survival value.
Prepare to grow some of your own food.
Off-site backup of important data (consider sending a CD ROM of important family photos etc to relatives in another state)
Discuss with/encourage your neighbors to prepare.
Spiritual Disaster Preparedness:

Ask God to examine your life and reveal any area in which you have need of repentance (we all do). Repent from what he shows you.

Give to widows and orphans. Sowing financially by giving to those in need, places you in a position to reap.
