THE FEAST OF FIRSTFRUITS
Today is the Feast of Firstfruits. Yeshua was the first born from the dead. He is the first fruit for resurection from the Dead. The Jews stopped celebrating the Feast of First Fruits shortly after the Lord was raised from the dead. It was probably at the destruction of the temple in 70 AD. The religious spirit did not want the on going remembrance of this feast because the Lord was truly raised from the dead and fulfilled it. It seems that the Devil as well has tried to hide and destroy the true celebration of this feast by getting the church onto the Greek/Helenistic, anit semetic, anti Jew, replacement theology track. So since Constantine the Western church has not celebrated the resurection of the Lord in harmony with the Feast of First Fruits. Praise God that the Eastern Orthadox church has held to the right date even if they have lost some of the significance of it.
We are living in a time where the Lord is restoring us to a Biblical foundation of the New Testament and the Feasts. It is out of this basis that great revelation and blessing will flow. The end time wealth transfer the end time power and holiness anointing will not rest upon those that continue to hang on to a faulty foundation. We have to embrace the Truth of the Word of God. The truth will sanctiy us the truth will set us free. Jesus is the way the life and the truth.
