Herb Crusted Local Halibut. 2 8o/z cut portion local halibut 1 sprig rosemary 1 sprig thyme 1 pinch salt and pepper 1 cup panco bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 cup olive oil in a small mixing bowl combed herbs, panco and salt and pepper. whip the eggs together in a bowl. lightly drench the halibut in the egg mixture then in the breading. sautee over medium heat till golden brown on both sides. place in oven at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes.
