We are proud to be able to serve San Diego. It has been a great year, and we are looking forward to the next.
As a Chef owned company we are constantly looking for the best quality product. That is why I spend my time out in the fields at Chino Farms or on the Piers looking for the best product around.
 
Cooking Classes 
Concept Catering by CK is currently offering private cooking classes for groups of 10 or more. Learn how to successfully prepare all of your favorite dishes from the comfort of your own home.  Chef Metzger will guide you through every aspect of preparation from beginning to end. Learn professional culinary methods and secret techniques from one of San Diego's premier Chef. Every course is explained thoroughly
and in great detail during course preparation. All of our classes are based on three course menus consisting of an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert course. We also serve a menu complimenting wine with each course. One of the most exciting aspects of our cooking classes are that our guests actually get to choose the menu.

  One of the most highly regarded chefs in San Diego today, Kurt Metzger has received critical acclaim for his signature "French Fusion with an Asian Twist " cuisine, a style which reinterprets classic European cooking using American artisan products and small farm producers.Beginning in 1989 with the opening of Roxxi's in San Francisco, Chef Kurt has combined his creative cooking spirit with his flair for business to establish an impressive roster of restaurants across the country.Born and raised in San Diego and classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America Kurt Metzger first burst onto the San Francisco dining scene in the mid-1990's when he was named executive chef at Roxxie's.
