Your deep intent (What is calling you as a leader?)

Your values (What you stand for as a leader)

Your vision (What you want to inspire and create in the world)

Your next actions (What you need to take to make your vision reality)

"At times, I was completely stuck--unable to answer what might be considered to be the most basic questions. This was a great learning opportunity: if you don't have answers to some of the simple questions in life, how can you build on them to create a vision and purpose that will have meaning, depth and inspiration?"

Gary Shoesmith, Oslo, Norway

Moroccan woman

We look forward to seeing you in the Atlas Mountains and to journeying with you toward the next great summit in your life as a leader!

Nature provides powerful metaphors and models that we can learn from. Immersing ourselves in the wild and powerful heights of the Atlas Mountains, we connect more strongly and enduringly with our own creative resources while discovering perspective and inspiration for the stewardship of ourselves, our community and our planet.

Kasbah

Lead Like a River is limited to ten participants who are true adventurers in body, mind, and spirit. We will spend five days total at the Kasbah du Toubkal and one at a mountain lodge reached after a trek high up into the mountains.

From there you'll have a 24-hour solo in a wilderness place of your choosing.

"There I was in the closest thing to forest

primeval in the eastern United States. I came for

a tune-up-my vision had expired. The exercises

and practices Eugene and Trebbe gave us were superb.

I feel I moved from vision to relevant, committed action."

- James Samanen, Philadelphia, PA
