Imagine this Round Table as a confidential conversation among peers who share a common concern. As if you were a member of a small group sitting under a tree in a peaceful forest, you'll explore your current relationship with money, envision how it might change to become healthier, and take the first steps to bring new freedom, purpose, and choice to your partnership with money.

"My relationship
with money has really changed since I participated in Upside of the
Downturn. I feel much calmer. I actually find that I have lost the fear
about money that I've had for as long as I can remember. And I loved
working with the other people in our round table group. Just hearing
that everyone else has their own fears and attitudes about money made
me feel that I'm not so different after all." "Trebbe Johnson is one of those uniquely grounded mystics who respond to crisis with a dream which is possible. Whether she listens by phone or in person, she not only clarifies our fears and hopes but embraces and pulls us forward in our complex process as she puts us into the larger heroic story of both myth and reality." Rev. Kathleen Stone

No matter what we do for a living or how much income we have, we all have our own unique and intimate relationship with money. This relationship is forged of many factors: the messages we got as children from our parents, how our lifestyles compare to those of our friends, whether we have meaningful work, who pays the bills, and more.
In times of economic stress, that old, deeply ingrained relationship can go on the skids... and then we are tempted to burrow even more deeply into destructive habits, attitudes, and patterns.
The current financial downturn can be just the turning point you've been searching for!
In this confidential, creative, exploratory Round Table, you will:
· Identify your own current relationship with money and determine what needs to change · Create practices and tools to transform fear into empowerment · Envision a more bounteous way to be in relationship to money--and start embodying that vision · Recognize the role that desire and the longing for transformation affect your attitudes about money and discover how to work in partnership with them · Open the door to the enticing new possibilities that are already beckoning you!
This program is not about how to manage money or how to make money--it's about permanently changing your relationship with this omnipresent part of your world, so you can live with compassion, joy, and generosity no matter what's happening in the stock market.
