We choose the wine first, the wine is important to us. The food comes second and is selected based on the bottle. Try it sometime to add a twist to dinner.
For dinner tonight ...
Pull out a bottle of Vitis Ridge's light, crisp Chardonnay to accent a mild cheese such as provolone, melon fruits or pineapple and chicken or shrimp in a cream sauce.
...and I will gladly accept the invitation to join you for dinner.

Greetings!
Its hard to find a better duo than a crisp Chardonnay and a hot, sunny day. The warm sunny days are lacking, but I'm sure they're around the corner. Grab a few bottles of our Chardonnay or maybe Riesling if its your preference, just be sure to have a few of your favorites on hand for when summer fully arrives.
Thank you all who attended our Memorial Day Celebration, its great to keep in touch!
We're open this weekend, so bring your dad for Fathers Day. We are open the 2nd weekend each month, or by appointment.
