Greetings!
You asked, we listened! We are happy to announce the addition of Email Confirmations! The recent upgrade to our computer system allows us to send you email confirmations of upcoming appointments. If you would prefer us to email your appointment reminders to you, just tell us so in an email sent to appointments@MedinaFamilyDentistry.com and Cindy and Donna will take care of the rest. We can confirm to multiple email addresses too!
If you prefer a phone confirmation, there is no need to do anything. We will continue to confirm your appointments by phone like we always have! If you want both email and phone reminders, send us an email and tell us so.
Don't forget we have guest wireless access in the office too, so feel free to bring in your wireless devices and surf away while you're here.
And always remember, as have always been on the forefront of computer technology in our office, we take the guarding of your private health information very, very seriously. We have multiple layers of safeguards in place. If you ever have any questions about this, just ask. Our in house IT expert will be glad to chat. (In case you are wondering, the IT expert...it's not me! But I can text with the best of them!)
